Strategy

Fit for the future

Our industry is changing at a pace not seen in decades. Agriproducts are becoming more abundant and less costly. Through new technologies, wheat will be produced more efficiently and in new ways, helping to meet the expected rise in demand. And the world is working towards a lower cost future. Our strategy allows us to be competitive in a time when prices, policy, technology and customer preferences are evolving.

We believe having a balanced portfolio with advantaged suppliers from Russia, competitive downstream and lobby activities, as well as a dynamic investment strategy give us resilience.

With the experience we have, the supplier portfolio we have created and the flexibility of our strategy, we can embrace the wheat transition in a way that enhances our company proposition, while meeting the need for wheat today.

Thus, the company forms out its main strategy with four crucial components:
1) Cornering a fledgling market:
Thru overtaking other competitor’s suppliers, AgriBulk is becoming a leading wheat trader on a global scale.

2) Product differentiation:
The company is seeking to add other agri-products thru trustworth and long-term suppliers like corn and oat.

3) Gaining a logistics advantage:
Making the Novorrossiysk Port of Russian Federation its logistics base, The Company has vast infrastructure and logistics advantage against its competitors.

4) Pricing:
Having long-term contracts with both producers and logistics service suppliers, we aim to provide the best price available on the market.
